Kensington London Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your Kensington London kitchenware. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number with any return.

 

How to start a return

Email us at yan@thehaverhill.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions and, for defective or incorrect items, a prepaid return label.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, your choice.

 

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
