Why we can offer this
A lifetime guarantee is only cheap to give if the thing rarely comes back. Ours is full stainless steel, pressed in one piece and reinforced at the joints, which is where every cheaper press gives out first.
There is no coating to chip, no thin edge to fold, no rivet to work loose.
We are not being generous. We are being confident.
What is covered
It bends or snaps
Bending, cracking or snapping under normal kitchen use.
A joint gives
Joints or hinges loosening or separating.
It rusts
Rust or corrosion on stainless steel parts.
A grip lets go
Silicone grips splitting or coming away from the handle.
Which piece carries what
One piece carries a lifetime guarantee and the rest carry two years. The reason is not that we care less about the others: it is that the squeezer has nothing on it to chip and nothing in it to work loose, and we will not promise a term we cannot hold.

Registering is not a condition of any of these. Your guarantee holds whether you fill the form in or not. Registering only means we already have the piece and the order when you claim.
What is not covered
Being straight about this is fairer than the small print most brands use.
Honest wear
Cosmetic marks, scratches and the dulling that comes from years of use.
Drops and misuse
Damage from drops onto hard floors, or from being used as a nutcracker.
Bamboo
A natural material that ages with washing and sunlight. Hand-wash it and it lasts for years, but it is a wear part, not a lifetime one.

How to claim
Email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. That is the whole process.
- Send the photo and your order number to hello@kensingtonlondon.com.
- We answer most claims within two business days.
- A replacement goes out the same week.
We do not ask you to post the item back at your own cost before we believe you.
The rest of the range
The lifetime guarantee applies to the stainless steel lemon squeezer. Everything else carries a two-year guarantee against manufacturing faults, on the same terms and with the same process. If something we made fails at a job it should have handled, we will make it right.
